The Challenge
After years of growth through boutiques and stockists, the brand needed to evolve beyond a presentation website and launch a premium ecommerce experience capable of supporting direct online sales while maintaining its luxury positioning.
What I Built
Originally designed and launched the brand's first website, helping establish its digital presence and support long-term growth. Now leading the ecommerce transformation by redesigning the customer experience, integrating Shopify, creating collection-driven product merchandising, and building the infrastructure required for direct-to-consumer sales, email marketing, and future customer acquisition.
Outcome
Created a scalable ecommerce platform that preserves the brand's luxury identity while enabling direct online sales. The new website supports product discovery, storytelling, customer retention, and the next stage of growth for an established international fashion label.
